For my part, it is about connection with my inner being. It is most often during calm moments where I begin to concentrate on my breathing, letting the colors pass before my eyes, like the aurora borealis, then I let the ideas or rather words pass through. I seem to feel life inside my body, a fluid of life, my organs tingle. It also happens in my moments of physical activities (qi gong), stretching... I feel and I rely on my intuitions, it seems to me that the mind can make a lot of mistakes while the body does not make any mistakes. not. It is connected to something else, something bigger. 	25/08/2019 01:48:42 Good morning. I experience this as an ocean of love which spreads over the entire Creation, Nature and more esoteric dimensions included, and which sometimes overwhelms. The body actually sends messages for our energies to harmonize because the act of supreme love is between Spirit and Matter. My remnants of ego are a little stubborn in denigrating those who like separation, but the realization that everything is One erases the last barriers. The life forces that pass through us generate emotions. The mind creates a response to these emotions which can swing easily into duality: do I master (The Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil) or do I let go in the Self (the tree of Life) ? It is time for us to realize that Love is unconditional.

(the body being matter being only a simple vehicle of the soul, I very much doubt it my dear Chriss without wanting to offend you, the subtle bodies do not isn’t that the link? Isn’t the link perhaps what we call the silver cord linking the bodies to the "physical body" between the spheres? 	19/11/2019 11:16:57 I think mediation is the only way to connect to the whole. The body is only an envelope for living here at this moment, but our soul can travel and find the path and connection to the universe.
