The old world is disappearing!

The more WE resist new frequencies, our evolution, the increase in our vibrational frequency, the more worrying and difficult our life becomes... The more WE remain attached to Our material goods, house, furniture, car, money... more WE slow down our transition and the more worrying our difficulties become, the more our discomforts multiply and the more they make US suffer. However, THE OLD EAST WORLD IS DISAPPEARING, no offense to US. It would therefore be wise to react as soon as possible, otherwise there will be increased suffering.
The daily efforts to put into practice are not complicated, but they are absolutely essential:
Let us love OURSELVES and radiate life, Love, joy, Balance, compassion... in consciousness, at every moment. Our way of being, our smile, must radiate the Light and Love, which are in US!
Let us take care of OURSELVES as a priority, for the greater good of humanity.
Let us thank all the Angels, the Dragons, the "Galactics", the "Balancers", the "Geometrics"... and all the other Beings of Light in the solar system and throughout the galaxy.
The old world that WE knew, the one to which some of US still cling, because of multiple fears, because of attachments to a whole bunch of material goods, which offer them illusory satisfaction... is The party has already collapsed and the great manipulators are disappearing, despite appearances.
The technologies put in place (such as widespread microbes) intended to harm US, weaken US, manipulate US very easily, or even exterminate US, are largely eliminated.
Many among US, still victims of their ridiculous fears, are still unconscious of the real dangers, which were likely to make US completely mindless Beings.
So, the real dangers having been removed, let’s step back, let go once and for all, these ridiculous attachments of illusory possessions, which in any case, WE will not take into the afterlife, nor to another planet of third dimension, if this were the consequence of our successive choices.
So, don’t you want to get out of the great illusion, do you prefer to cling desperately to material possessions, to false beliefs, which have been instilled in you from a very young age? will you continue to feel symptoms, caused by the increase in the earth’s vibrational frequency, more and more unbearable, until... the great passage frees you from them? If this is your choice, it will be respected, but this is not what neither the Earth nor the Beings of Light want.
However, WE have an exceptional chance to experience, with the Earth, this transition, towards the fifth dimension. The symptoms that WE feel are more or less strong, even almost non-existent, for those of US, who make the regular effort to increase their own vibrational frequency, develop their level of consciousness and purify the different bodies constituting their Being. .
To reduce or even avoid all these symptoms, WE must maintain confidence, have faith, let go of everything that belongs to the old third-dimensional world, remain peaceful and centered, on the heart, with Love and compassion, by meditating. and by praying daily, by loving US, just as WE are, in the moment, without ever forgetting, that WE are here, to spread Love. In this way, WE can truly transform OURSELVES.
Some competent therapists can provide valuable assistance and help with our transformation, but they will never make the essential efforts for us.
One last thing: some among US are starting to realize that they have been abused. They revolt and anger rises within them. They have just taken a step forward. So please, don’t take two steps back, letting negative emotions lower your vibrational frequency! Remember, you supported the coming to power of those who govern you. (not for much longer) Just be happy to have taken this first step and continue your efforts to continue progressing.
Let us remember that nothing is ever all white or all black and that there is always Light in the shadows and vice versa. Let’s remember the symbol "YIN Yang".
