For Human Beings on Earth who wish to transit into fourth and then fifth density, it would be wise to: 1/ abandon the inaccurate notions of “God” and “sin”, 2/ abandon religious dogmas of all kinds, which ultimately are destined to disappear throughout the world, with a death as total as that of animals sacrificed on altars for a "God". 3/ replace with Love, the twin impulses of attachment and rejection, coming from the ego. 4/ cut ties with all negative sources and no longer focus on external turpitude and turbulence, but on the contrary, remain centered on the heart, with calm and serenity, maintaining the mind at the service of the soul and returning to it constantly. 5/ be perfectly convinced that no spiritual progress will be granted to us, before we realize that we are responsible for everything that is given to us to experience. 6/ pray every day to the Source, Father-Mother, Creative Power and Universal Love. ? The lower our vibrational quality, the more the impulses of the mind are separated from the Universal Perfection of Love. It is therefore wise to take care at every moment to raise our vibrational quality, as I regularly explain in my guidance from April to August 2020.\r\n
