As already explained, the different "levels" of awakening represent a multitude, which depends on the development of our consciousness linked to our vibrational frequency. WE all have (except for rare exceptions which can be counted on the fingers of one hand) human brothers of a "higher level"... and others of a "lower level". We are all different and everyone evolves at their own pace. For the moment on Earth, the higher the frequency of the group, the more its population decreases in number.
To give an idea of these frequencies:
The dominators-exploiters of the shadows evolve between 0 and 300 uB, a majority of the population vibrates between 300 and 3000 or even 5000 uB, The workers of Light between 6000 and 20,000 uB and the frequencies of each rise regularly, for all of us who adapt to the frequency of the Earth, which continues to increase. For the last ones, much more awake... as indicated above, they can be counted on the fingers of one hand.
