Learning to heal these five wounds requires daily work of attention, research and awakening, in order to develop in us the Universal Creative Consciousness, Love and Light which initially inhabit us, like a spark. --> To live happily in all circumstances, it is wise to learn to no longer let yourself be impacted by external circumstances. It is important to know how to let go, to let go of everything and to know how to deactivate the impulses of attachment and rejection created by the ego, which wants to retain everything it loves, which does everything to obtain what it desires and which in at the same time, rejects what he hates and everything he imagines to be bad for him. --> To do this, I suggest that we remain centered in the heart, and begin by loving ourselves deeply, completely... then that we develop this Love within ourselves and finally that we radiate it around us... continually. This Love is creative; this Love is our creative consciousness, part of the Universal Creative Consciousness. --> The outside world is as it is. The others are as they are. Wanting to change the world is an illusion, in an illusory world. Wanting to change others is counter-productive. The only, but very powerful, solution to change what is happening outside is to focus inside and nourish the spark of Love that inhabits us.\r\n
