I strongly advise you to immerse yourself in everything Lucile transmits. It presents simply and graphically the means to transmute your shadow tasks into Light.
A few comments :
Many people use the noun "Spirit", without indicating the meaning they give it.
For example, the incarnated Pleiadians have no Spirit, and yet they are all in fifth density.
Another example, I had completely developed my Spirit and I then realized what it really is: it is a monitoring implant in the service of YAHWEH, who accompanied me in my seven previous incarnations. The Source of Light recently disconnected it for me and I am happy about it... which does not prevent for the moment the permanent surveillance of the Creator of our Universe (ten thousand galaxies), who continues to harass me, both that he still can.

This detail concerning the Spirit, once clarified, (to which we can add the use of "we", singular indefinite, in place of "WE" plural, which brings us together... and the rare interference with globish. ..) the essence of this presentation will help the earthlings who have chosen to participate in the construction of the new world, by radiating their Light, without trying to "give water to the donkeys who are not thirsty."

In this context of decor in deconstruction, the wisest solution is to expect nothing and to expect everything, confident, while radiating our Light while remaining in the service of the true Light, according to the plan of our incarnation.

I now provide clarification regarding the evaluation of our vibrational quality. As a preamble, it is important to understand that what we measure depends directly on our own vibrational quality, measured in bovis units. Only fifth density Beings are capable of measuring the vibrational quality of the great pyramid of Giza or that of the Vibratory High Place of Is the Murgers (Bovis units are still valid in a fifth density world.) It is obvious, as Lucile points out that this should not be a value judgment. However, from my point of view, this gives an idea of the state of affairs and prevents us from imagining that everything has already happened and keeping us in the illusion, because the road is still long for the earthlings who are going to build the new world on Earth. Whatever happens, let us know that we must always progress and that it is never over.

Concerning the question of the last reincarnations: It is interesting to know that from sixth density, a Being can present himself in his incarnate or disincarnate form. Then, it would take a long time, and this is not the place, to discuss life expectancy, immortality and pending clones, as among the Pleiadians, for example.
