Respirianisme, se nourrir de Prâna

Has anyone made progress (or is ahead) on this?
Personally I love this subject.
I have already done a few liquid fasts (4.5 days, then 7 days, then 14 days) in recent years, but in my own way. That is to say with only what is liquid (coffee, beers, etc... included 😉), and I must say that... I still wasn't hungry afterwards.
On the other hand, I was missing pleasure, pleasure!
Pleasures of the palate of course, pleasure of ingesting something, pleasure of sharing moments with friends around something to eat.
But still no “hunger”.
To tell the truth, I wanted to rediscover the feeling of hunger, the real one, that of the little boy I once was and who spent his time running outside after a ball and who came home shouting "Mom, I'm hungry !” It’s this real hunger that I wanted to rediscover.
Nay! Nothing...

So I tell myself that I'm not far from - if I want to - stop eating, why not.

It's quite fascinating, I find...
And you ?

Good evening, fasting is very good but it can also be dangerous; drink liquids, coffee and beers included... Ouffffff!!!! You have to prepare yourself before fasting - not do it from one day to the next - and then, don't you think that the feeling of hunger that you had in your childhood was also linked to what you were fasting for? grow up... Having lived on the street for more than two years I can assure you that hunger is like a nagging point that pierces you without respite and that we end up isolating it in order to be able to bear it... I feel that you should ask yourself what you are really looking for in fasting... Kind regards

Very simple: Experiment.
Aren’t we here for that?

And then... fed up with everything we read or hear everywhere... We have to do this like that, not do that, it's dangerous... blah blah blah.
I enjoyed my long fast, and I feel that I can go even further (only lost 4Kg, from bad fat I suppose...) So, yes I will continue, in my own way of course, otherwise it's not fun ! 🙄

Isn't the most important thing to listen to yourself?
Personally, I have been experimenting with intermittent fasting for several years now. Initially this meant not having breakfast in the morning (I have never been a big fan of this meal...) and eating late at lunchtime. Then, because I was doing work on weekends, I got used to eating later at lunchtime, until I only had one meal a day (in the evening). I extended this to the other days of the week to practice this way of fasting every day, all year round. I feel that it does a lot of good for my body and frees up a lot of time (saving time and money!). I've been eating this way for 3 years and it's perfect for me today!
I sometimes deviate from this when in the middle of the afternoon my body expresses the need to have a supply of food or sometimes when I want to please those around me by being near my friends/family on friendly times at lunchtime.
This is how it is today and it is likely to change over time and that is ok.
This testimony is simply to express that I think that there is not just one way to understand fasting and that if you listen to yourself, to your body, that you do not seek performance. This is the main thing and even why not the only rule to respect!
